That is of course why WCA/PIP assessments should be recorded as a matter of course and the grotesque flaws in the assessment system this would expose to the light is of course why the DWP makes that recording process as difficult and cumbersome as possible.Recording an assessment is of little value other than for personal use. Unless there are 1 or 2 irrefutable 'inaccuracies' in an assessment report then there's little point in mentioning these with a Mandatory Reconsideration/Tribunal.In my own case it was said in an assessor's report for PIP that I didn't see a physiotherapy specialist. As I am a physio this was easy to refute, but I would reckon actually showing an assessor had been 'inaccurate' would normally be very difficult to prove indeed.

I think it's best if Agnia follows poppy & others advice. They've had a phone assessment previously due to their problems & there's no reason why another wouldn't be both acceptable & reasonable. An 'untruth' is still a lie, & totally unneccessary.

letitgo said:Ok if youre not comfortable saying you have covid, If it is causing you this much stress then to say you have come down with something and feel very unwell wouldnt exactly be untrue and would work in the meantime. Seeing as youre unlikely to be able to work anyway i dont see anything wrong with this morally, i wouldnt feel bad as its doing whats best for you, and it will work if you just will get your result within a few weeks. I had my result back within days via my online journalFor the WCA you should never lie. Some people have decisions within days and others wait longer.Sussexer said:That is of course why WCA/PIP assessments should be recorded as a matter of course and the grotesque flaws in the assessment system this would expose to the light is of course why the DWP makes that recording process as difficult and cumbersome as possible.
They will record both PIP and WCAs if you ask them to. You can also record it yourself now using just your phone. You used to have to use a tape recorder and make to identical copies but you no longer need to do that. If you're recording it yourself you still need to tell them you're doing so.0 -
How are things today @Agnia, if your work coach makes you feel uncomfortable it might be a good idea to request another one, as Poppy has mentioned.
I'm sorry this is making you feel so unwell, can we do anything else to help?0 -
im sorry im not coping here on my own im scared to asked for another coach work0
-
There’s nothing to be scared of. The worst that can happen is they say no. If you don’t ask then you’ll be stuck with the one you have.

Hi Agnia, my partner is asking everytime for telephone appointment, and he gets it everytime, me too, so just ask and explain why you want it, it does not have to be elaborate. I must add I agree with Poppy, I don't like idea of telling lies. Just tell things as they are. I can see you are very stressed out, but I canot imagine why they wouldn't give you telephone appointment, especially if your last one was telephone, means they have done it for you already. Good luck:-)0

Good morning @agnia. Please don't apologise for reaching out again; we're here to support you. I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with anxiety, and I want you to know that you're not alone.
Have you had a look at Mind's anxiety resources? They include tips for helping yourself and information on accessing more support.
While some of us have lived experience of anxiety, we're not experts or professionals and I wondered if you've considered reaching out on forums dedicated to supporting people with anxiety.
Side by Side is peer support forum hosted by Mind where you can:
- Talk about your mental health
- Connect with others who understand what you are going through
And there's also SANE. Which describes itself as 'A thriving mental health community sends a message of hope and compassion to anyone affected by mental illness.'
