If you disagree with the decision and think you should have been found to have LCWRA then you can request the MR within 1 month of the date of the decision. You can see the descriptors here for LCWRA https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity0 -
Im feeling really bad with this0
-
im not able to work0
-
They are not going to force you to look for work. You maybe required to attend work focused interviews to prepare to work in the future. If you disagree then you can request the MR.0

Hello @Agnia
I know the process is so stressful for you. As Poppy has said, LCW means you are not being forced to look for work. But in the future, they will offer you support if needed.0 -
It’s too much for me and im really scared to appeal I’m not able to fight all the time about job Center appointment and other things

i never wrote any cv letter in my whole life in Uk and i did work from the beginning since i came to Uk and i was healthy
how can i work now im feeling really sick alone0 -
it’s too much for me even to ask about telephone appointment and to fight all the time
my coach work saw my anxiety and health condition when i was attending job centre appointment and she still was asking about attending in person it was too much for me0 -
@Agnia If you think the decision is wrong and you couldn't do the work related activity, an option would be to appeal and I'd encourage you to reach out to Citizen's Advice to support you with that.0
-
Agnia, you are not alone because they torment thousands of us like this.
You have to believe it's not you!
Blind panic follows shock so don't try to do anything else today. MR can wait. Strong tea and Scope and time will help you cope with this you poor love
