@ricky1040
Thats a great achievement I’m the same with pain, it would be great if we were all pain free. Keep up the good work.
@jgound
Hi I hope the weigh in goes well for you, and giving up the biscuits should definitely help.

There's been some really great advice here, members uplifting others, sharing their concerns and just some really positive support
Made me very happy to read3 -
Gotta be there for each other. Hard to find people that understand.2

Agreed @ricky1040 weight loss is hard for people without any health problems but much harder if you have other issues to contend with.

@Sandy_123
You have been doing so well, I’m sure your weight will down and with that hopefully your blood levels.
Keep up the good work.❤️1 -
Has anyone tried smoothies I've just made one with strawberry and blueberry yogurt and milk and it's really tasty and great for getting 5 a day in and nutrition2
-
@Sandy_123 smoothies are great but you have to be careful to not have too many as fruit has a lot of sugar in it and they are easier to down than just eating fruit!
But I agree great for nutrition.
Like everything just have it in moderation.1 -
Yes with sugars but they are natural sugars you can also make smoothies with veg too.1
-
Yes, I bought carrot juice the other day, was nice :)_2

@Sandy_123
Yes everyone is doing well and trying our best.
Oh a treat now and again is fine I think, I had a cone last week minus the flake 😤 lol when I went away for the day.1 -
I think it's important to have treats, what's the point in being about if you don't have the odd treat.2
-
Yes definitely have a treat now and again. Keep up the good work people 💪
Smoothies 🤤

Right...that does it now!!! Lol lol. Everyone wants to lose weight....except flipping me. I got weighed today after blood test and I'm DOWN to....67KG!!! AHHHHHH!! I was 73kg ish pre-foot operation. Fed up of being slim, ectomorph and wobbly!!! It seriously impacts my self esteem & confidence in many many ways and I'm always mentally defensive!! Any tips.1
-
Kalps are you meaning you want to put on muscle? Or fat?
I think it's common for blokes to want to be muscly for image reasons but when I see blokes who are muscly I always think they are trying to compensate for something by looking "hard"
Not saying it's bad to be muscly and if thats what you really want then go for it!!
But just trying to say if you have underlying self esteem issues maybe an idea is to get to the bottom of it with a therapist, as opposed to plastering over it by getting big?
I would say the same to women who say they need to be really skinny, don't plaster over it by getting skinny, to get to the bottom of the issues.
Hope this makes sense? Sorry if I spoke out of turn just my thoughts1
