I'm slim (ectomorph) and 71.2KG. Would really love to be about 75KG but lean definition muscle not a bulging 'Ponch' that i have. Its a defect of spinal compression fractures due to height loss. It's left me really depressed and quite narcissistic/negative.1

@WelshBlue, Can you believe someone suggested a little cannabis to ease the lower back pressure/pain as opposed to taking Codeine 30mg!!!!!!1
-
@Kalps ... Cannabis could help with weight gain ... nothing like the munchies
If only it was so easy eh ... have you tried CBD so you're not having the THC, or are you like me and your GP advised against it because of abuse history ?
Mine won't even prescribe Codeine because it's an Opiate.1 -
While I appreciate you are all helping each other with what has helped you the topic of certain restricted/classified drugs can be a touchy subject to navigate around. While it is now legal medicinally we must be wary that it can only be gained through private clinics which are very expensive and have very strict criteria.
With these factors there's the potential to contravene our rules on "against the law" and "dangerous to others" as people may believe their only way to acquire such a substance is through illegal methods.
So, I'd appreciate it if we'd avoid discussing it.1 -
Mines gone hay wire while I have been on holiday back to the grind though on Monday with my personal trainer1

@WelshBlue. Its a very tricky one. Let me explain. I was a depressed, non productive, drank to mask the depression but was always tipsy/angry/verbally nasty/sarcastic. Then I severly injured my lower spine and collapsed 4 vertebraes. I thus continued Hazardous drinking, 2LTRS of cheap **** cider and was withering away badly. I got help and quit and now happily/moody clean 4.7yrs. It's because my constant back discomfort/pain is there for the long haul and I'm prescribed Codeine 30mg to manage this. I live in a dry house, rules are no drink/drugs. Now I have reduced height with reduced stomach capacity and struggle with low appetite and the more I eat it puts pressure on my lower back again changing my mood in a heartbeat. Makes me unstable. So it's a double whammy. I hace a GHRP-6 peptide that body builders use to increase appetite which I use. I also have CBD Very high bespoke strength drops [REMOVED BY MODERATOR]. I'm actually interested in taking roids/testosterone and gradually build up in gym with a disability trainer. I welcome your thoughts. Oh I also have hypothyroidism and osteoporosis.1

Hi @Kalps, I didn't want to remove your whole post as I'm glad you're telling your story, but I had to remove a small section that unfortunately breaks some rules we have in place. Just letting you know!1
-
@Kalps ... that's a lot of stuff to be contending with, but you've shown great strength in getting dry - respect, because I know how difficult it is.
A bit of a double edged sword wanting to put weight on, but the pain from a full stomach must be so awful I can see how it causes mood swings. I sincerely hope you get to where you want to be.
I would add caution about the steroids, addiction, side effects etc. Hopefully you want to do this under medical supervision ? So there are blood tests involved with regards to internal organs, especially the liver.
I've known a couple of people who did themselves some damage by getting addicted and over injecting off their own bat
@Jimm_Scope ... noted, wasn't condoning use of illegally, just how it impacted my life when using as a way of coping with ssexual trauma and subsequent PTSD2 -
@WelshBlue. Noted. I am on TRT via GP for energy reasons (not Sexual gratification) and along with randomly using RAD 140 i have noticed i get irritated as the smallest of things especially when the damn phone rings!!! Automatically i get defensive as in....what the F do they want, leave me alone. Now whether this is roid associated or depression in general, i dont know. I dont know what its like to live anymore or even how to, i just exist day to day on disabilty benefits. Mentally i want to grow and learn and get self worth but i have a fair few medical issues that hinder me hugely. Nothing brings me joy/happiness anymore except for small gains in the gym and pool.1
