Hi 66M, That's perfectly fine with your comments & thoughts, in fact I really appreciate it. There are a number of reasons why and self-esteem and confidence is at the top of the list. I guess,  hence my buying of unnecessary clothes, i feel good if I look good but that's only short-lived, clothes don't make the man, the man makes the man!!! More muscle than fat is my focus as when I had my spinal injury in April 2014, i drank dangerous, copious amounts of alcohol to manage pain and lost lots of weight, became very wobbly due to developed balance and coordination issues due to musculoskeletal injury, existed in isolation, became verbally and mentally toxic/rude/angry/jealous etc etc and was in a very very dark place with no eternal help/support at all. Finally, I sought help via a friend and through rehab im 4.5yrs abstinent and gave up smoking too. Now I have a mindset albeit still weak in terms of emotional, learning and memory but I want to gain what I have lost over a number of years of utter self-neglect. Then there's the 'Female' aspect, emotionally im very sensitive and have been heartbroken before but I would like a GF/Companion anything more....and ill probably run a mile!!! lol lol lol. So you could say that I'm in rebuild mode, both physically and mentally too. Yes I am disabled with a serious 'hidden' disability and can be negative most times and have an unhealthy ' I can't do' mindset and i want to switch this around. So yes my own belief is that if I can be more sturdy/muscular build then I can have hope. Apologies for the long reply but I wrote it as I felt it and how it is. Kal.

Hi everyone I hope yous are all keeping well.
Keep up the good work everyone.

I’ve lost another 2lb that’s been 4lb over the month. I know it’s not a massive amount but I’m pleased with it. As I’m doing as much as I can.

    Take care ❤️

That's a great loss for a month, well done. Slow is always better because you have more chance of keeping the weight off.
My weigh day is Saturday and i have just over 5 weeks until my holiday. I'm aiming for a new number by then so hopefully i will do that but need another 5Ib. :#

Oh thanks Poppy, I appreciate that.

Wow 5 weeks till your holiday I remember you speaking about it over a year ago, it’s went by so fast, all good things come to those that wait.
I’m sure you will get the 5lb off you have done great with your weight loss.

@Lou67, Thankyou for your reply. I'm sure that i have some underlying issues with food albeit a healthy weight. I do lack a lot of drive/motivation which alcohol stripped me off.

@Sandy_123 I am being relatively good but stayed the same weight for 3 weeks now because lots of stress, at least it's not gone up.
