Sorry to hear this yes the mind never stops how many times the body triggered by one thought that must be awful nightmares you wake thinking are they the stress is immense some days good then crash again it's good you can lose yourself in music when I feel like this I can't talk focus I go into myself shaking the fear horrendous and then tomorrow could be OK I understand I feel like I'm running round in circles bumping into things losing things forgetting things and full blown panic about sending forms back to council get so paranoid that's good you like music but I agree hard when stress goes up does affect everything have you spoken to doctors about the nightmares that's very scary you must be terrified some nights t
