Recieved positive text on dec 22. Do you think the bank holidays will affect the 3-5 day timeframe as I'm yet to see the pip in my bank.

It's 3-5 working days so yes Christmas bank holidays will affect when payment will be into your bank. Possibly the end of the week.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thanks

Whatever time your bank clears the payment. Mine is usually after 3am but some are quite soon after midnight.

I applied for PIP October 17th had a phone assessment, on the 22nd December received text saying “We have awarded you PIP. We have sent you a decision letter explaining the award. Please allow 2 weeks to receive this. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.” Phoned them last week and was told back payment will be in my bank Wednesday 4th January so from start of applying for PIP and receiving a decision 2 months pretty happy with that

PIP should be able to tell you exactly what day it will be paid into your bank.
