My worry is how will people afford their prescriptions if they lose their benefits.
I take 13 different medications per day and I know many people will be on similar or even more medication.
I was expecting a light touch review in 2029 but if their goal is to get as many people as possible off of PIP then I may not be okay despite scoring 4's under the current system. It doesn't make me feel happy or good that so many other disabled people are going through so much anguish over the possibilty of losing their PIP and then LCWRA and potentially inability to afford their medication.

Someone on another comments section highlighted the amount of ableist hatred on Twitter, remember ONLY in Britain this BS happens, no other country in Western Europe does this.
Britain should get sanctioned from the international community for the way they treat disabled people, again what makes Britain the moral arbiter in regards of any geopolitical conflict on the World's stage?, even that orange cretin in the Whitehouse has more respect for disabled people.
Going after disabled people IS a hate crime yet Ofcom and their Online Safety Bill have done nothing to stop it in social media.

I just don't get why he was a human right's lawyer - unless he's got those sociopathic traits that some surgeons etc have (not talking about serial killers, there are sociopaths who don't harm people) and he was in it just to win etc. I suppose it'll depend how much Labour want to win another election. MPs get a lot of perks (expenses anyone) there will be labour MPs that absolutely will not care about us, but they will care about loosing their seat, perks and expenses (how many of us would like subsidised food and drinks, travel expenses, rent expenses…). The weird thing is Labour's Renters bill is actually good and will help a lot of people but then they act like total sociopaths to anyone who they feel is not 'economically active' - except they forget that includes children, early retirees, pensioners, unemployed, maternity/paternity, stay at home parents, some full time students, employed people on zero hours contracts - now that is a huge swath of people and every single person will be in one of those catagories in their lifetime, guarenteed. It's not just that this reform bill is cruel and unnecersary, it's really, really, really badly thought out. It'll impact people waaaaay beyond just the disabled (carers, NHS, family, employers of disabled/sick people, the economy - good luck when disabled/sick people can't afford to buy goods and services). Thing is Labour like Tories are pos in a death spiral. They don't know who they are or what they want. Too many gen public people were against Corbyn, they're too afraid to go for a socialist/Bernie Sanders type so that leaves the centeristist types, and somany people in govt (of all kinds) are so, so afraid and in awe of billionaires. I honestly think money - the persuit of making more and more and more (specifically for billionaires) is more addictive than crack and sugar combined (sorry for rant)

Jeremy Corbyn has more integrity and courage in his little finger than Starmer ever has or had.
If you told me 10 years ago that I would have more in common with the Green Party, Workers Party, with Jeremy Corbyn and John McDonnell I would have laughed at you.
I mean look at this nonsense..

So let me get this straight. Kendall wants unemployed young people including the many young people with mental health issues who will be unemployed and not able to claim benefits until 23 to join the armed forces who have a history of bullying recruits to do what exactly make them even more anxious and depressed. I mean how Orwellian and Draconian do Labour want to be.

Good question

I noticed the same on my PIP scores when I checked yesterday, when I got PIP I was so releaved and stressed that I didn't pay attension to the points I got or why.
When I've been relooking over mine there are things that I definately should've gotten more points but but I don't know if it would give me 4 points in any catagory - from what I understand a lot of assessors do not give 4 points in one catagory - partly because (and this isn't their fault) they are often not medical experts.
Also I'm not an expert or anything like that, but what I'd suggest for you is:
- check you Charlie Anderson on YouTube, she explains the PIP point system pretty well. It's a it like computer language - once you understand the language of PIP and the point system it helps a lot. A lot of PIP is about how you explain things to them and how that translates into points
- Infomation is key. When you have your next review (I'm assuming it'll be a form again) fload them with infomation. This falls into two catagories. a) Firstly a lot of people explain what they can't do or struggle to do on PIP forms and that makes sense. But you also need to explain how it effects you. Be blunt, brutal and explicit. I know this is difficult - I didn't explain as well as I should've issues I have involving personal care because it's embaressing (I don't talk to my GP about it either) but from what I gather this is key. Explaining in mind numbing, minute detail (you can attach extra pages for each section). b) Someone else recommended getting your GP notes (all of them) and attaching them. You can sometimes download them, or you can request a copy. Include them. Include all reports from any health care professional, statements from anyone who helps you with your disabilities (family, friends, carer (professional or not), counsellor, physiotherapist, chiropractor etc etc). If you fluctuate day to day or even during a single day again be painfully explicit about this. How it effects you physically, emotionally, mentally. How does it effect your life in even the smallest details. If you need to be reminded to do stuff - put it down, if you use a pill box for medication put it down (if you have medication and don't have one I strongly suggest you do). I have a poor short term memory and use Alexa to constantly remind me things - if friends and family have to remind/help/coax you - put it down, how often, what happens if they don't etc.
- Consider going on an AI website (chatgpt or claude are free) explaining your syptoms, disability, how it effects you and impacts, everything that I said above and ask it to write or give improvements - make sure you specify to the AI that this is for a PIP review you've got (AI will hvae some knowledge about PIP in it's database) and also specify you're in the UK. You can explain to PIP that you have been under scored points in PIP and ask it to suggest things you can add in that will improve your PIP - but you need to explain your health, struggles etc
- If you can, keep a diary or log of your symptoms, how they impact on you. If you can't do something or struggle to do it, what's the impact on you, how does it effect you in that moment, waht ramifications does it have on you for the rest of the day/hour/week etc
- If someone is willing ask them to help fill out your PIP re-assesment with them
- Go to the GP (if you can get an appointment) explain how much you are struggling physically, mentally, emotionally etc, (this will give you an up to date medical record for PIP to see) and request they put in a referal for a social perscriber. They can help you with a bunch of things - I had one who recommended I apply for PIP), they might be able to help with all kinds of things - finances, support, referals, filling in PIP (also on the renewal form put down that you have one), there's a waiting list (but not years etc) but they can help. There's a bit more about stuff they can help with here: https://www.england.nhs.uk/personalisedcare/social-prescribing/
- There's also support on places like Turn2Us: https://www.turn2us.org.uk/get-support/information-for-your-situation/claiming-personal-independence-payment-pip/review-or-renew-a-personal-independence-payment-pip-claim#:~:text=It%20is%20important%20that%20you,are%20getting%20the%20right%20amount.
That's all I've got so far - hopefully it's of some use to you. I'll try to add anything if I think of it

Hi
So I thought I replied but can't see it anywhere (sorry if this is a duplicate).
I'll try to help -but I'm not an expert or anything like that. I was similar that when I looked over my PIP points yesterday there was stuff I should've got points for but didn't but at the time I was so releaved and stress that I actually got PIP I didn't pay attension to the points etc. But I'll try to give what advice I can.
- Go check out Charlie Anderson on YouTube, she explains PIP and the point system well. A lot of PIP is about understanding what they are actually asking and what infomation you put translates into points. She gets PIP herself and gets it for other people with a very, very high success rate. She also helps tribunals etc. A lot of it is about de-coding the language and what does/doesn't get PIP points
- A lot of people (myself included) put on PIP what they can't do or struggle to do and that's fine but we're not so good at explaing in details - and I mean in mind numbing, explicit, fine tooth comb detail how it impacts us daily, hourly. If we can't do or struggle to do something spell out what that means and how it impacts you. Or if you do something. Tell them about your daily reality - physically, emotionally, mentally.
- Be explict and blunt as hell. A lot (again myself) don't go into detail about embaressing things like personal care. This is not a place for suffering in silence, for maintaining your dignity. I didn't put things on PIp that I should have - I don't tell the GP because it's embaressing. Go into as much detail as you can. You can use extra pages for each section
- download on-line or request a copy of your GP notes (someone else on the forum suggested this) and attach them all to your renewal form.
- Anyone that helps you in your disability (friends, family, carer, chiropractor, GP, counsellor etc) get them to write a report as well how this impacts you
- Go to the GP and tell them (again) how much you are struggling: physically, emotionally, mentally. This will be included on your GP records that you send. Also when you go to the GP request a social perscriber. They can help with a bunch of things including organising extra support, resources, you can mention them on your PIP, they can write reports and possibly help you with your renewal. There is a bit of a waiting list but it's not years. There's more about them here: https://www.england.nhs.uk/personalisedcare/social-prescribing/
- You can go on free AI websites (chatgpt and claude) explain about your PIP review, your symptoms, struggles etc and ask it to help refine your answers for your PIP review or things to add. Explain to it that you've been underscored in points in x catagories (it will have some self knowledge about PIP) and ask for suggestions to add or phrase things and then tweak it yourself. Just specify it's personal independent payments and you're in UK as it might initially suggest other things that initial pip.
- There are sites that can also help with advice on renewing PIP such as Turn2Us: https://www.turn2us.org.uk/get-support/information-for-your-situation/claiming-personal-independence-payment-pip/review-or-renew-a-personal-independence-payment-pip-claim#:~:text=It%20is%20important%20that%20you,are%20getting%20the%20right%20amount.
Sorry that's all I can think of right now. Hopefully some of that is useful.

I also plan on doing the green paper response a couple of times . I done it last night already but they need to know how hard this is going to be ,not like they don't already. Mine are all physical disabilities none that will get any better I scored 2 for most daily activities only scoring enough for standard but no 4's. I also didn't appeal as I got an award and I was grateful for any form of help and didn't want to risk losing it .
I have also emailed my MP who is sadly labour a few days before the announcement and will do so again .we can't give up .

Work Capability Assessments are 'multi layered', there will be the messaging for the Claimants, there will be the messaging for the assessment companies and the Government will have it's own messaging within Government. Everything will be 'geared' to make sure the Claimant doesn't succeed in their claim.
