Hello @Beaver79, my question was not about flare ups it was about something else but its absolutely fine. It wasn't important. Thanks again though.1

This time next week I will be trying my best to prepare myself for my colonoscopy . I've had this done twice before for some reason I'm terrified 😨.

I meant to say I've had this done twice before but this time I'm more worried than the times before.0
-
Hi Strawberry, I'm sorry you are suffering and that anyone on this forum is unkind enough to say they doubt your story and to say so twice!
Could there be anything more embarrassing to talk about? I think you're incredibly brave to do so. I've had colonoscopies but my problems pale into comparison with yours.
Is it the results you're afraid of or the procedure itself, like the evacuation?

Hi @WhatThe , it's the procedure I'm fretting over and taking the stuff before it is done .0

Sorry to hear you have had a colonoscopy too @WhatThe . Thank you for your time today. Cheers.1

Yeah it's hard to get down and there's so much of it
Only a routine check this year but feel ok thanks though

I have Crohn's disease, I'm due my 5 yearly colonoscopy this year! Prep is always the bit I least look forward too.
Oddly, the procedure itself I'm totally fine with, I've done it enough times!1 -
Thanks @WhatThe and @Jimm_Scope , apologies for my late response I've been asleep . I feel like I'm not dealing with this very well . I apologise if any of my other responses are late I'm just so anxious this time . Please take care of yourselves and thanks again for your time today it's really appreciated. Thanks 😊.

I am very worried. All I want to do is sleep.0

Autism and bowel disorders are closely linked and I know you're waiting for that assessment too. It is a lot to deal with. None of this is your fault and I'm sorry Hannah is away atm.

Hi @WhatThe , I've had visitors later this evening so I've only just been able to reply. I sincerely apologise. I did read about those aspects with Autism and bowel disorders . I always think I'm in the wrong . It's OK that Hannah isn't here . Hannah is due down time and annual leave so it's all cool. Thanks again for your time and support 🙏. It's really appreciated. Please take care of yourself. If I don't reply straight away I will reply eventually.1
