Hi @Jimm_Scope , I've been for a nap . Thank you again. Im sure it will settle soon. I had a blood pressure check a little while ago and they said it was ok . If it persist I will let the gp know or check with the chemist even. I hope you are alright π. Take care of yourself.

Got terrible pain in my abdomen. I've taken some buscopan but I suppose I've got to wait for it too work.

If it's not my IBD playing up it's my back. Sometimes the other way around . Occasionally together.

Iβve got my colonoscopy on Thursday. The first one in 12 years. Iβve had a fair number of colonoscopyβs over the last 30 odd years so whilst not looking forward to the procedure it will show if there are any issues.

My abdomen isn't π― per cent today. Pain etc . Don't think it goes away just like that.

Thank you for the support @Teddybear123 , I have used heat appliances before. I always feel a bit too warm within myself these days and I wasn't sure if I'd overheat if I used a heated appliance . I probably would do in the cooler months. My back is nerve/disc pain. Due an injection in September. Last night my stomach was a bit more settled but not great I do think it can take a while for it to settle can't it . Sorry yo hear of you pain issues it's never good when pain is around. We do our best to plod on don't we .
