Hi @Jimm_Scope , I've been for a nap . Thank you again. Im sure it will settle soon. I had a blood pressure check a little while ago and they said it was ok . If it persist I will let the gp know or check with the chemist even. I hope you are alright 👍. Take care of yourself.

Got terrible pain in my abdomen. I've taken some buscopan but I suppose I've got to wait for it too work.

If it's not my IBD playing up it's my back. Sometimes the other way around . Occasionally together.

I’ve got my colonoscopy on Thursday. The first one in 12 years. I’ve had a fair number of colonoscopy’s over the last 30 odd years so whilst not looking forward to the procedure it will show if there are any issues.

My abdomen isn't 💯 per cent today. Pain etc . Don't think it goes away just like that.

Thank you for the support @Teddybear123 , I have used heat appliances before. I always feel a bit too warm within myself these days and I wasn't sure if I'd overheat if I used a heated appliance . I probably would do in the cooler months. My back is nerve/disc pain. Due an injection in September. Last night my stomach was a bit more settled but not great I do think it can take a while for it to settle can't it . Sorry yo hear of you pain issues it's never good when pain is around. We do our best to plod on don't we .
