    It's not a major issue it's just how I am . I'm not worried it's just how things are .

    I think stress is affecting me today. Lost count how many times I've visited the toilet. I'm feeling shaky and sad today.

    Took some pain killers. Hoping they work soon my stomach hurts a fair bit today .

    I struggled with it for some time. I still struggle with it now @Strawberry1. My Crohn's has been in remission for 5 years and having to act up like this brought back a lot of worries and concerns I thought I had finally put behind me.

    My heart goes out to you @Jimm_Scope . Its not a great thing to Deal with. I'm so sorry you are in this position. It is a big worry I understand that . Just make sure that you rest as much as possible and be kind to yourself. My fingers are crossed for you to be better soon . Sending kind blessings.

    Resting today got stomach ache. Took some meds but still going to rest up .

    Been a little off it over the weekend with my IBD problem didn't feel great . Carried on to the best of my abilities. Had dizzy spells but carried on . Nausea but carried on . Abdominal pain but carried on . Symptoms are getting less and less now . Just how it is I suppose. S
