I recently re-applied for PIP (still to fill in the "How your health condition or disability affects you" form), and was just wondering how I go about telling them of the name change on my application and also the updated name on my bank account details.

I received my award letter nearly 3 weeks ago and it does not state a back payment on the letter just my 4 weekly payments. Has anyone ever had it taken this long for a back payment?
